SELECT TEAMS

TOTAL SELECT TEAM OVERVIEW:  

NJ Total Lacrosse has emerged as a leader in the areas of lacrosse instruction and player development. Exclusive to girls' lacrosse players, our Total Select team program is designed to challenge and empower committed student-athletes to become successful lacrosse players, team members, and people.

With year-round trainings and practices based in Hillsborough and Readington, NJ, our teams prepare for and compete in nationally recognized events during the fall, spring, and summer seasons. Our staff members are former collegiate players and active coaches who bring extensive experience to the youth and high school levels. Technical and tactical development, accountability, discipline, leadership, and teamwork are at the core of who we are and what we do. 

TRYOUT INFORMATION:  

Tryouts for the 2024/2025 seasons have concluded. Contact us if you are interested in the opportunity for an alternate evaluation date. Team availability is limited, and varies by grade level.
